Florida LambdaRail Network Operations Center
The Florida LambdaRail Network Operations Center (NOC) is the single point of contact for all network services provided by FLR. The NOC is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and includes engineering and operations staff. FLR network engineers perform all design, engineering, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades to the network. They also respond to trouble or abuse reports, coordinate with third party provides, and communicate maintenance activities with the FLR community. Operations staff monitor the network 24×7, respond to tickets, email, and phone calls, and interact with engineering staff to resolve any issues.
